I understand that at the time of making my reservation, my card will be charged in full and the amount is 10% non-refundable . If a cancellation is then received outside of 24 hours of the tour date & time, then 90% of your tour amount is refundable . Cancelations, no shows, and reduction in guests counts within 24 hours are 100% non-refundable.
If Naples Transportation & Tours cancels your confirmed and scheduled tour for any reason, you will receive a FULL refund of any charges for said services canceled. We will also be happy to assist you in booking another tour that will accommodate your time schedule when possible. We rarely cancel tours for any reason, including weather.
